There is a fitness craze going on.  Yeah we know.  However how fit are we really.  If you’re a super athlete and you drop because of a clogged artery, then your internal fitness level is more than suspect.  What’s with the fitness level of your circulatory system.  Super fit means this shouldn’t be happening.  When you’re internally fit things inside are as fit as you appear on the outside.  What’s the point of looking like Hercules and wind up needing a pigs vein to stay on the planet.  Not to say you can’t look like Hercules and be internally fit.  You can.  The biggest thing is what’s going on inside.  This is of greater importance, and when we look at the other end of the spectrum it is extremely crucial for those who are overweight.  That’s why I’ve studied and mastered the toning and strengthening the internal systems of the body.  As I have done this I have developed various methods and programs to share this information with everyone.  Starting with my soon to be released book The Obesity Myth:  You’re Not Overweight, You’re Overwaste.
